I truly believe that having a team behind me is an advantage and I have really tried to distinguish myself by hiring a team of professionals to work with me in order to deliver the best possible customer service available. Many agents decide to be a one man band and while of course they have good intentions, they aren’t able to be in more than one place at a time! The Cheryl Marlow and Associates real estate system is designed to maximize on the unique talents of each individual on our team to ensure that all of our clients receive prompt and direct attention in their real estate transactions.
One of the many things we do as a team to help sellers is in utilizing a hotline mobile phone! Our marketing and signs advertise this number on each individual listing to appeal to prospective buyers. So when a buyer inquires about a specific property, we always have someone available who can answer the phone, answer their questions, and show the property at a time that’s convenient to the buyer. Another great benefit is in having constant back-up! So if I am with another client, we have the advantage of having another team member who is always ready, willing, and able to be of immediate service.
There are many different ways we help our buyers. For instance, if one of our buyer’s agents is unable to show a property, we have always been successful in rearranging and comparing our schedules to ensure that our clients view available homes when it is most convenient for them. Because our team works together so well, we are able to accommodate each other and most importantly our clients.
