A great home stager can make all the difference in the world! A stager can make your home show like you never even imagined it could. Staging your home will increase showability and increase your chances of receiving a higher offer in a shorter time period! They do amazing jobs at affordable rates. Depending on the home, staging can be anywhere from $500-$1500 and worth every penny, as it will truly make your home stand out amongst all the competition!
If staging just isn’t in your budget, there are still things you can do.
There are also things you can do on your own, so let me give you my four ingredients for a good start: Paint, Lysol, Carpet Cleaner and Lawn Mower! These may sound way too simple but they can make a dramatic difference in how your home shows! There is no such thing as too clean! You want to create an inviting entry, especially with flower pots this time of year. You want to make the best first impression possible because the buyer may decide not to even look at your home based solely on the exterior! Other crucial areas are the living room kitchen and owner’s suite. So you want to make sure that every room is looking spectacular and is being used for it’s original purpose! This might just be scratching the surface, but even the simplest of improvements can make a huge difference when trying to sell your home!
