What exactly is a home warranty and what does it do for home buyers and sellers? Well, a home warranty is a one-time annual premium that is renewable but covers multiple issues. They usually will cover either the repair or replacement of home system components and appliances that often breakdown. These are things such as water heaters, furnaces, refrigerated coolers and roofs.
